With the help of TicksBuster-trap, you can reduce the number of active ticks in your home district.

Tick trapis safe for the environment, people and pets because pesticides are not needed.

Blind, blood-thirsty ticks smell heat, carbon dioxide and movement and seize with their front legs to a passing animal or human.

The attractiveness of the trap has been increased by adding heat and carbon dioxide (Co2) to the trap. 
This way the fabric resembles as much as possible a passing animal or person, and the active stick is eager to seize the fabric that is dragged by.

The TicksBuster online shop sells products to adult individuals and companies.
The product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Subscriber

Buying from our website does not require registration. The subscriber must be at the age of 18 or have the consent of his/her guardian to order such products. The minimum order is 20 euros.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online shop by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying the content of the cart in the online payment service.

- Select the product or products you want and press: Add to shopping cart

- If you order only one (1) copy of each product, press: Order products

- If you want to order more than one of the items you selected, press: Edit shopping cart

- Use the arrow keys in your shopping cart to either increase or decrease the number of products

- Using the Delete button next to the Recycle Bin to delete the entire product

- When the shopping cart is ready, press the Go to checkout button

- Next, you'll go to the Delivery method tab

- Select the zip code to which the package will be delivered

- You can also send the supplier a message

- Enter your email address, home address, and phone number

- Press Continue button and you will come to the payment phase

- Select your preferred payment option and fill in the required information

- By clicking on Buy, you agree to the PayPal user conditions and the TicksBuster’s terms of delivery

The personal data required to complete payments are transferred to the PayPal.

All customer information is treated confidentially. When ordering, the contact information is not used for any purposes other than the delivery of the order or for any ambiguity therein, unless otherwise specified. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to familiarize yourself and commit with the current delivery terms.

Payments and Payment methods

The payment service is PayPal, through which the payment options are operated by an online bank or card (MasterCard or Visa).

In payment matters PayPal is serving you. 
By providing information at checkout, you accept the terms of PayPal.

By pressing the "buy" button you accept the TicksBuster online shop’s general terms and conditions.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email with your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. When you are dealing with customer service, you should always have a shipping ID available.

Delivery methods and costs

Deliveries take place by Shipit Oy Ab  +358 (0)20 752 8488 ( info@shipit.fi and the delivery costs are fixed regardless of the order quantity.

Pickup point delivery € 6.90/shipment (Shippit Post Parcal Connect)

The delivery fee includes postage and packaging costs of the shipment.

Delivery time

We deliver your orders to Shippit Post Parcal Connect for transportation normally within 3-6 working days.

Packages should be collected within two (2) weeks from the arrival notification. If the customer does not pick up the shipment from the pickup point within the time limit, returns the shipment to us and we deduct the shipping and actual return charges from the total value of the shipment.

The delivery can be tracked at our homepage when Shippit Post Parcal Connect has taken the goods to be transported (order tracking).

Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping cart contains products that are out of stock and we also notify you about any delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online shop informs about exceptional delivery times on its website.

Always check that the contents of the package match the items on your order confirmation.

Return policy

You have the right to withdraw this agreement within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the last consignment has been received.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw the agreement in an unambiguous way (e.g. by letter or e-mail). We will e-mail you a return form. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you will have to send your notification of the using the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The order number must be shown in the returned package. If you return the products in the same mailing tube where the goods are received, you do not need to do anything other than to export the mailing tube to the pickup point. Return the package to the same point where you have retrieved the package.  
Return charges are the same as the delivery costs to the pickup point (€6.90) and are charged to the subscriber by deducting the corresponding amount from the total return amount.

Returned products must be unused and clean and preferably in the original mailing package. If a heating pads or Co2 cartridges have been opened, the corresponding product price will be deducted from the total refund.

Complaints

If the product you ordered is defective, please contact us and provide a description of the defect. All products have a six months (6 months) warranty. If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact us.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw this agreement, we will refund the payments we receive to you, minus return costs 6,90 € when the goods arrive without delay. If you have paid the return costs yourself, the return costs will not be deducted. The refund will be paid by the payment method you have used in the original transaction. From the total amount you have paid, will be also reduced the possible opened heating pads and Co2 containers as well as any other products unfit for sale.

You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification of the withdrawal. The time limit has been complied with if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Unredeemed Package

Not to redeem is not the same as a return or cancellation. In the event of an unredeemed package of which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we reduce the shipping costs and actual return costs from the total amount you have paid.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must report the error no later than 14 days in writing to the e-mail address indicated in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged in transportation, you must make a complaint to the transport company, Shipit Oy Ab ( info@shipit.fi ) immediately.

Security and privacy

Our sites have always encrypted payment services.

TicksBuster will never disclose your personal data or e-mail address to third parties unless required to do so by law (e.g. by the police or any other governmental authority upon request). In accordance with the legal provisions governing personal data, you have the right to ask us about the information we collect about you, and if you think they are not accurate or inappropriate, you can ask us to correct them or remove the data from our customer registers. In those case, please contact customer service.

When using TicksBuster trap, the TicksBuster assembly and operation manual must be followed.

TicksBuster is not responsible for any possible consequences for the gear user caused by the tick bite.

Any disagreements will be resolved according to Finnish law, we will follow the consumer authority’s recommendations.
